Ouranos Prime is fully completed at the end of the year after only five years of construction, a feat rivalling the construction rate of the Martian and Terran rings themselves, sparking outrage in the Consortium about whose resources must have sponsored the effort.
Further experimentation shows that while normal mobius patterns cannot survive outside the heliopause, wraiths can. This has brought up some ethical debates, but not everyone concerns themselves with the opinion of others.
