The character has a loyal servant. Like the standard Artifact background, this is taken multiple times to represent multiple lieutenants. They often have both a motivation and intimacy regarding their leader, making them extremely loyal. They may not purchase the Experienced or Inheritance backgrounds, but they can purchase the Knowledge background normally.
Celestial Exalted (Solars, Lunars, Sidereals, Abyssals, Infernals, or Chimera) are not allowed as lieutenants.
