Legend of the Five Rings

I have an extended set of houserules that I will be using if I ever try running a campaign in this wonderful setting again. In particular, I despise the post-Clan War metaplot, and would like to run a game from the beginning of the RPG, some four years before the Scorpion Clan Coup. Even if that never happens, this could make a nice resource for the state of Rokugan before too many writers got their grubby little hands on it.
