Higg's Asteroids are rocks placed in orbits such that they drag a larger body's orbit slowly outward, to counteract the additional heat a star puts off as it ages. Since this process covers hundreds of millions of years, none of the Triad ever began such processes, though other races in the Galaxy are aware of the need.

In the Solar System, only Venus and Earth have such gravity tugs, should these worlds still exist.
