Hadronium is finally produced in enough meaningful quantities that research devices may actually be made out of the substance, as well as permit the accelerated gathering of mirror matter.
The first sustained tachyon transmission took place during this year. Previous experiments had proven its faster-than-light nature, but this was the first, actual information-containing message. It only was able to transmit several bytes of data, however, given the immense power requirements for the transmission.
