Solar Storms Outline

Currently, the Setting page functions as the primary outline for the setting (go figure). It covers technology, history, phenomenon and other nifty little things, but speaks almost not at all to the social landscape, which it currently lacks. In addition, the skearns are also poorly covered, and require development and integration into the setting.
