Lieutenant
The character has a loyal servant. Like the standard Artifact background, this is taken multiple times to represent multiple lieutenants. They often have both a motivation and intimacy regarding their leader, making them extremely loyal. They may not purchase the Experienced or Inheritance backgrounds, but they can purchase the Knowledge background normally.
●○○○○ - A standard Heroic Mortal or Mundane Ghost.
●●○○○ - An inheritance ●○○○○ Spirit-Blooded, a Heroic Ghost with -20 bp, or a ●○○○○ Lieutenant with +24 bp.
●●●○○ - A standard 'modern' Dragon-King, a starting Outcaste Dragon-Blooded with -10 bp, a ●●○○○ lieutenant with +54 bp, or a ●○○○○ lieutenant with +78 bp.
●●●●○ - A standard 'ancient' Dragon-King, a starting Dynastic or Lookshy-grade Dragon-Blooded with +24 bp, a ●●●○○ lieutenant with +54 bp, or a ●●○○○ lieutenant with +104 bp. Note that this is roughly starting Celestial Exalted level, but Celestials are not allowed as Lieutenants.
