A planned test is to take place in Solar Month 42740, where a probe with an intertialess drive will accelerate itself to .003% past the speed of light, from the Sun's frame of reference. Most of the acceleration will be conventional plasma, with about .005% being the motion of space itself around the drone, breaching the light barrier. It is entirely self-contained, and no patterns of any sort - normal or wraith, are used in its design.

The Centaurus Mission intends to arrive in Alpha Centauri later in this year.
