The Centaurus Mission arrives at Alpha Centauri early in this year.
A test takes place in Solar Month 26,034, where a probe with an intertialess drive will accelerate itself to .003% past the speed of light, from the Sun's frame of reference. The ship is launched from the coil array, with additional accelerators bringing it to nearly the speed of light before it attempts to generate a warp effect. Unlike the previous test, no patterns of any sort - normal or wraith, are used in its design.
The success and repetition of this test paves the way for the development of carriers later on.
