The pinnacle of the beta strain, homo excelsior, is completed. All androids and beta 'prototypes' are upgraded within the next 14 solar months.
The final two local gates, to Epsilon Indi and Epsilon Eridani, are finished, making the first half of the stellar gate project complete.
