Martian Equatorial Hadron Relativistic Supercollider, or MEHRS, was, naturally, built on Mars, completed in the late 22nd century but did not see full-rate operation until early 2202, along with the rebuilt (though weaker) Yevatron.

MEHRS is credited with the first instance of controlled inflaton decay, and thus, the first tachyon transmission. It shares the blame with bringing the mobius patterns into existence, as well.
