On Earth, a human who turned his back completely and utterly on technology, rejecting immortality in favor of their faith that mankind has no place among the stars. They were considered a luddite movement for a time, but this moniker eventually faded as they were incapable of inflicting material harm on society.
After the Purge, their fate is unknown.
